Booking Policy

We are grateful you selected The Wellness Spot for restorative healing and relaxation. We invite you to book your experience via our website, calling in, or in person.

To offer a streamlined check-in experience, we require guests to pre-pay for all Fitness classes.

Spa appointments require a valid credit card on file and a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your booking. We are a cashless establishment.

Cancellations within 12 hours of a scheduled appointment may be assessed as a cancellation fee. If the cancellation or reschedule is within the 24 hour window, the 50% deposit will be refunded.

Minors ages 14 & 15 MUST be accompanied by a parent/guardian while receiving massages and skin services. Any minor below the age of 14 will not receive nail, massage or skin services.

Minors ages 16 & 17 MUST have parent/guardian consent in writing in order to receive massages and skin services.

Gift Cards

The Wellness Spot ONLY accepts TWS gift cards. No prepaid debit cards are accepted.

What to Expect During Your Visit

At The Wellness Spot, we pride ourselves on providing an unparalleled relaxation experience for every guest. Crafting an unforgettable visit begins when you walk in and are greeted by our hosts. Upon entry, you will be invited to check-in and fill out our spa registration form.

Spa | A coordinator will verify that your guest consultation forms are complete. We offer you a selection of Rishi herbal teas, infused water and fine wine. A fresh robe and slippers are available upon request.

Fitness | We will verify that your registration forms are complete. Lockers, towels, water are available to you. We also provide all props and mats for your class. Be sure to check in with your instructor if you need any modifications.

Our friendly hosts will check in with you periodically to ensure your experience is worth repeating.

How to Prepare for Your Visit

As you look forward to enjoying a day at The Wellness Spot, please complete and submit the required forms issued upon booking. These forms help us ensure that we are fully prepared to tailor your experience to your needs before check-in.

  • Skin Therapy - Upon arrival before your appointment, please be sure to come with clean skin, as additional product removal may cut into your facial experience.

  • Massage Therapy - Clients who are pregnant must have a doctor’s note before booking an appointment. To ensure the safety for mom and baby.

  • Nail Therapy - Upon arrival before your appointment, please be sure to come with no acrylic or sns on nails. We won’t be able to provide service unless otherwise.

When to Arrive

Please make every effort to arrive 15-20 minutes before your scheduled appointment or class. This extra time will ensure a stress free check in and easy transition into the service portion of your visit.

Appointment duration time may be adjusted to account for late arrivals or rescheduled after 15 minute grace period is applied; resulting in a no-show charge 100% of the price of services booked. We also ask that you provide 24 hour notice for any appointment cancellations. 

Where to Park

Storefront parking is available at a first come, first serve basis. Additional parking options include street parking on adjacent streets near the spa (Rugby Ave & Walker Ave) and in a lot within walking distance to the space at 3355 Main St., Atlanta, GA 30337.

Check In Procedures

Our gracious hosts greet and check in all guests upon entry. Proper forms must be filled out by client in order to receive spa services.

Please be patient with hosts as they complete all required check-in procedures for each guest.

Return Policy

We are proud to offer an array of luxury items in our boutique, spa and fitness studio. Retail items may be returned within 7 days of purchase and refunded to the original payment method. Memberships, services and classes are non-refundable.
