Membership Cancellation or Pause Options
To avoid fees, all TWS Memberships require a 12-month commitment. Please refer to your member agreement for details. Because we know situations change, we made it easy for you to request a Membership Pause ($25/mth) or Membership Cancellation ($250 if cancellation date is less than 365 days from your start date).
Health or relocation exceptions require proof which must be emailed separately to membership@thewellnessspotatl.com
Eligible roll-overs must be used prior to membership cancellation.
