Private Fitness Class

Includes private meditation yoga, barre, pilates, strength, or dance fitness class instruction. Also includes light refreshments and a complimentary gift bag.

The class participation limit is 35 in-studio, and unlimited virtual.

$400 in-studio | $150 Virtual

Private Sound Healing Session

Sound Healing or Sound Bath with Crystal sound therapy offers a range of benefits including but not limited to reduced stress, improved sleep quality, pain management and decreased blood pressure. The session will allow for participants to relax on a yoga mat in a comfortable position whilst the sound practitioner uses a variety of sound tools including crystal sound bowls,  wind chimes, ocean drums etc.

  • You have the choice of any of our 2 spaces located within The Wellness Spot.

    The Wellness Lounge

    • Venue Capacity - 20 people max

    The Wellness Studio

    • Venue Capacity - 50 people max

  • Events / Rental starting price ranges from $195 to $250 an hour ( minimum 3hr booking ).

    During the contract signing, a 50% deposit will be required to hold your event booking.

    An additional cleaning fee of $150 will be assessed when booking.

  • Yes, you are able to add to your rental/event agreement the option of tables and chairs.

    Table/Chair Rental

    Round Tables (6 ft) - $8 each

    Banquet Tables (30 in. x 6 ft)- $8 each

    High Boy Tables (36 in.) - $15 each

    Chairs - $1.75 each

    Unfortunately, we do not provide table linens. However, since our tables are standard sizes, you'll find many suitable options available online.

  • Renters must abide by all applicable noise ordinances and the general guidelines outlined in the rental agreement.

    All events must end by 11:00 pm, and renters must vacate the premises by midnight.

    Please note that if you rent tables, chairs, or any other items from a third party for your event, all items must be picked up (or otherwise removed from the space) by your check-out time.

  • All Members get a 15% discount on booked events.

  • Studio Capacity:

    -Cocktail setup (including Studio, Garden, & Balcony) 130 guests

    -Standing room ONLY (no tables) 75 guests

    -Dinner setup with tables 45-65 guests

    -Cocktail setup (Studio only) 60-65 guests

    Wellness Lounge Capacity:

    -Fitness Class 15 guests

    -Dinner setup (with tables) 22 guests

    -Standing room ONLY (no tables) 30 guests
