FAQ - SPA PARTY

  • If I cancel my spa party in 24 hrs of the actual spa party do I get my deposit back?

    If you choose to cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your spa party your deposit is not refundable.

  • Will our appointments be scheduled at the same time?

    Individual appointments within spa parties may be scheduled at different times, per calendar availability at the time of booking.

  • Can I pay for the spa party before giving you the services that each participant is getting?

    To ensure that we have the staff to meet your spa party request we need you to provide us with the types of services off of our menu that each partygoer will be receiving before you pay for the event.

  • Will I be refunded or credited if anyone in the spa party cancels?

    If you have a no-show with one of your partygoers or they can not make it you will not be offered a refund for that service or given a credit.

  • Will we have a private area to ourselves?

    We can accommodate a more private area for an additional fee.

    Please contact our Spa Party Coordinator for this additional fee.

  • Can we have breakfast from Breakfast Boys?

    No, we do not offer brunch from Breakfast Boys as a part of the spa party.

    However, if you wish to have your spa party catered you can make a reservation at a restaurant through their booking site and then let us know when they will arrive to set up the catering and clean up.

  • Can I bring in my own wine / spirits?

    We offer 3 complimentary bottles per party. No outside alcohol is allowed or to be taken home.

    We offer a bottle of White Wine, Red Wine, and Champagne.

  • Can I bring my own food / decorations?

    Yes, you can bring your food and decorations.

    However, Decorations can not disrupt the wellness and zen environment that we at the Wellness Spot strive for.

  • Can we pay separately?

    Only one card be used to book and pay for your spa party or package.

  • Can I add extra services to my spa party package services?

    Our spa party packages are set packages.

    However, you are more than welcome to call our Spa Coordinators at the front desk at 404.996.6944 to assist with scheduling regular spa services.

  • Can I change my service the same day or day before?

    We ask that you do not change service the same day or the day before because it may interrupt other clients’ service times.

    TWS discourages appointment changes after deposit has been paid and Spa Parties have been scheduled. However, it does allow requests for changes to be submitted. If approved, TWS will assess a $200 Change Fee to make the change. Requests for changes without a fee, may be approved in cases where there has been a medical emergency or where death has occurred.
