Arnica massage oil is used to reduce inflammation and swelling to boost circulation and speed up recovery. Designed to prep and prime muscles before athletic activity using techniques that reduce risk of injury. Can also be tailored to post-activity to soothe muscles.

Stretch Therapy
Enjoy a full body assisted stretch session with a focus to treat muscle tightness, joint imbalances, and tissue restrictions. Stretching helps improve muscle elasticity, relieves tension in your muscles, and increases range of motion. Stretching benefits both your physical well-being and your mental health, as it allows the blood and oxygen to flow better, improving mental clarity. This is not a substitute for physical therapy.

Expecting? We offer pre-natal massage in the second and third trimester. Massage during pregnancy can relieve aches and pains associated with changes in your body. It can also reduce mental and emotional stress, improving sleep and mood.
